amory is a performer, choreographer, dance teacher, and event curator whose energy lights up the stage and whose style speaks for itself. For over 10 years, he has been actively developing and representing the ballroom culture both in Estonia and internationally, collaborating with artists such as Conchita Wurst, Tove Lo, and Laura Põldvere.

Amory is the co-founder of the J-Fest dance festival, the official representative of the Iconic House of Revlon in the Baltic region, and a multiple-time winner of international vogue competitions in the New Way and Arms Control categories. He is also a dedicated teacher who supports the new generation of dancers in Estonia.

In his classes, Amory focuses not only on technique but also on helping dancers unlock their sense of freedom, expression, and confidence through movement. He creates a space where everyone can connect with their individuality and explore their own presence.

His charisma, musicality and bold individuality make every performance unforgettable.

In 2017, he was invited to join the legendary Royal House of LaBeija (USA), becoming the first and only representative of the house in the Baltic states under the stage name Amory LaBeija.

Since 2018, he has been organizing numerous dance events in Estonia - including vogue balls, training sessions, and workshops. His first major independent event was Tingz Ball 2022, held in collaboration with the talented and promising Estonian dance festival J-Fest.

In 2020, he joined one of the world’s most iconic ballroom houses - the Iconic House of Revlon (USA) where he is known as Amory Revlon.

Amory’s dance journey began in 2014 in the street-show group at Tartu Friendschool, where he trained in styles such as hip-hop, house, and contemporary. In 2015, he discovered the vogue style, fell in love with it, and has been growing in it ever since.

After actively participating in and winning vogue balls (beauty & dance competitions) in various countries (Baltics, France, Italy, Sweden, Czech Republic, Finland, Russia, Belarus, etc.), taking part in courses with top international trainers, and moving to Tallinn in 2018, he began his mentorship career.

VOGUE

vogue is a part of Ballroom culture, which was created by black and latin trans women back in Harlem, New York at the late 1960s, due to racism they faced within the white pageant scene. Ballroom is an underground subculture by and for the BIPOC LGBTQ+ community and it is a competition where participants walk different categories in beauty, sex, fashion and performance.
